Joanna Pupkowska Program Manager, Consumables and Imaging & Hardcopy Devices IDC Poland
Joanna Pupkowska joined IDC in January 2005. Stationed in the Warsaw office, she engages in research and consulting for the Imaging and Hardcopy (IHD) group, covering MFPs, copiers, printers, and digital cameras. Within the IHD group, she oversees research activities in Poland and the Baltic States.
Managing a large team of analysts from different nations, Ms. Pupkowska is also responsible for developing IDC’s consumables research in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa – research currently covering more than a dozen countries.
Before joining IDC, Ms. Pupkowska trained in the tax department of a Big Four advisory firm and worked in sales and market analysis in the retail sector.
Ms. Pupkowska graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where she studied international economic relations, real estate management, and business law. In addition to her native Polish, she speaks English and German and has a reading knowledge of French and Russian.
